[TYPO3-core] RFC: t3editor - editor with syntax highlighting for the backend

Hy!

This is a SVN request for 4.2 as Ingo pre-announced in his last post.


Problem:
Editing TypoScript (or code in general) is not very comfortable in the 
simple textarea.


Solution:
implement a webbased, javascript-driven editor with features like 
syntaxhighlighting, linenumbers and more.


Comments:
As Ingo has already committed the needed "glue code" , only the editor 
itself is missing. Here it is!

To activate it follow these steps:

- checkout the latest revision from [1] to typo3/sysext/t3editor/
- activate the extension in Extension Manager

Till now the editor is only available in the
Template-module on the setup/config
A handful of other places will follow.

This revision is still alpha. So feedback and reports are welcome!
I'll start a thread in the dev-list for discussion.
