[TYPO3-core] RFC: Feature #6711: Enable stdWrap for the image in imageLinkWrap

Problem:
It would be very nice to have stdWrap possible inside the imageLinkWrap, 
e.g. to create nice magnifier-icons in css_styled_content.


Solution:
Enable stdWrap for stdWrap.strftime

Note:
Maybe it makes sense to add stdWrap after that to the whole element too, 
  I don't know

PS: I didn't really get it how do make those diffs for the manual, if
