since I also worked on this:


1) the palettes with "fe_group" AND "starttime,endtime,extendToSubpages" 
are not referenced in any type! - so they are always displayed at the end!

This is not perfect if you guess that other extensions like TemplaVoila 
adds als Fields and Tabs.


2) I recommend to have also a Tab "System" with TSConfig and Storage pid
Because they are semantic diffrent to the other Options.
