[TYPO3-core] RFC: Feature #4280: stdWrap for params property of IMAGE

Problem:
It would be very useful for some occasions (f.e. for at least being able to add
onmouseover functions without core patching for content elements with images) if
the TS-parameter params in function cImage of class tslib_cObj in
class.tslib_content.php would support stdWrap to build dynamic attributes in
image tags.

Solution:
Adding stdWrap evaluation to function cImage
