[TYPO3-core] FYI: initial work for the cleaner backend project is now committed

Hi all,

tonight I comitted the first part of the cleaner backend project after  
having got a +1 from Ingmar earlier and another one from Olly after  
testing.

Ingmar and I also worked out some new rules for things like that which  
we're going to publish soon.

Further commits will keep flowing in during the next days and weeks.  
Please test the new backend as far as possible, everything (except  
from some smaller known issue) should work like before. The main  
difference is that we now use divs and a single iframe now.
