[TYPO3-core] RFC: fixed bug 584: Changing language in user setup does not reload left frame (menu).

Hi all,

This is SVN patch request.

Branch: trunk

Problem:
When changing language in user setup, the right frame is reloaded but  
not the left frame, so the menu is still in previous language. The  
user needs to reload the whole BE to have it completly localized.


Solution:
Watch for language change and set a flag to reload the menu frame  
with JS.
