I can live with the fact that the development of rtehtmlarea is in line 
with the core.

Sure, but TER versions are only for TYPO3 versions < 4.0. I'd like to 
remove the trunk version of rtehtmlarea in typo3xdev and only leave it 
in the branches, so people know that the development of rtehtmlarea has 
been moved to typo3core. At the trunk of typo3xdev there will only be a 
message file which informs the people about it.
