[TYPO3-core] RFC: New version?

Hi guys,

because of the rtehtmlarea issue we should probably release new versions as
soon as possible. My suggestion is that we release new versions for 4.1 as
well as 4.0.

Any objections?

This means that I am next going to package new versions. To keep an overview
about pending and important fixes that should be awaited, please make sure
you have updated our wiki page accordingly:
