[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug 5177: RTEhtmlarea not correctly displayed in IRRE child form-fields and tabs

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
RTE instances in nested elements of IRRE which might also use tabs at
this level are not displayed correcty in Gecko browsers.

Solution:
In htmlarea-gecko.js there was part of the solution for regular tabs. If
an instance of the RTEhtmlarea is hidden (on a hidden tab or a hidden
IRRE section), the RTE couln't be intialized correctly.
The solution for the mentioned problem is, to use this also for IRRE
sections and nested tabs.

Comments:
Some months ago, I created a patch for this while IRRE was developed.
But accidently forgot to send this to Ingmar and Sebastian (see
http://svn.t3.digitaldistrict.de/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/changeset/6604).
I will recreate the compressed files before committing to SVN.
