[TYPO3-core] RFC: including extJS in core

I would give my +1 for mootools at least because it's one of the few systems I know (beside dojo and 
prototype + script.aculo.us).
Anyway, I really like the tree component from extJS. That's the only thing really stayed in my head 
after watching the demos.

In the end I have no idea how to decide this.
