No it isn't. If eg the initial table space were only 2MB probaly all new 
TYPO3 installations are likely to break. I doubt that this is the case 
but I thought you'd knew. But if it's an issue we should mention it in 
in installation guides (like: "in php.ini increase max_mem to at least 
40M", "set innodb space to min. of 100MB", etc).
