Hi Dmitry,

by the way, Benjamin Mack responded very quickly yesterday and already
fixed two of the outstanding issues (in trunk already, see
http://svn.t3.digitaldistrict.de/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/changeset/6462):

>   - Set wait cursor until tree is expanded (if it's not too much hassle)
>   - The left top-to-bottom line (see screenshot) is missing in the page
>     tree, but it's there in the file tree.

So the only thing missing is:
>   - Special chars and umlauts don't work when charset is set to utf-8

Benjamin will fix that until RC1 as well.

When collapsing the UI is not blocked, therefore I guess it doesn't need
the wait cursor.
