[TYPO3-core] Reminder: ws publishing patch

Hi Dmitry,

I see that you have changed the XCLASS declaration at the end of
typo3/mod/user/ws/workspaceforms.php. Maybe this should be changed by
either keeping (re-adding) the old key or at least adding a ChangeLog entry
with three "!!!"

Besides this, two more questions:

- The whole change seems to be missing in ChangeLog. Why?
- Why did you add an .htaccess file in typo3/mod/user/ws/?
