[TYPO3-core] 4.1 - How far are we?

*sigh* no, I really have no tiem to finish the utf-8-double-recording bug. 
<whine>But, I recall that I posted a question concerning my implenentation. 
OTOH I recall no answer. No very encouraging. In fact devevloping is no fun 
any more despite what has been posted with the last beta.</whine>

Not for the beta, but I'd like to see it in 4.1
