[TYPO3-core] RFC: Moving foreign scripts/classes/frameworks to typo3/contrib

Hi Oliver,
since I just stumbled over that: Could you please also try to move the
PHP-based unzip implementation in typo3/mod/tools/em/ to that place?
Have a look here to see that I could just use it with success, however it
had nothing to do with the EM...: http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=529
