[TYPO3-core] RFC: Use even more <label> tags

This is a SVN patch request.

No functional changes except the usage of <label> tags.

If nobody objects, I'll commit this patch tonight.

Description:
Like the previous patch in December which added <label> tags for
checkboxes and radio buttons for TCEforms this one also adds <label>
tags. The difference is that it adds theses <label> tags to all other
checkboxes and radio buttons in TYPO3.

With <label> tags it is possible to click the corresponding label text
of a checkbox or radio button to change it's state. It thus increases
the click area, makes it easier to change their state and thus increases
usability.
