[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #6924: t3lib_div::readLLXMLfile does not use localized content anymore

Hi Oli,

+1 by testing it again...

But perhaps there should be in additional information to save some space 
to removed the typo3conf/llxml/
Because on system which are running a while the folder gets really big, 
if there all file generated new this folder gets bigger....
