[TYPO3-core] RFC: #6784: new sysext fe_login

Well, it doesn't matter which one we're gonna take but I strongly voted 
to get rid of the existing core login method as the default one since 
it's unusable these days (no templating, redirecting etc) and everybody 
installs either "newloginbox" or another login extension. So... the time 
of the old login box is over IMHO.
So I thought that I'd like to have either:
* the existing login stuff removed
* or have it replaced with a good extension.

Since a couple of people would like to see this in Core (see [1]) this 
extension in the Core, Steffen took the initiative and rewrote 
"newloginbox" to make it "core-compatible" ;-). I'm glad that he had the 
time to do this project.

BTW: Same goes with the static templates -- If we keep shipping this old 
stuff from 2001 new people (non-TYPO3-geeks) will have a hard time 
starting with the Core package.
