[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug 5906: IRRE - Default values defined in TCA are not used for children

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
TCA-defined defaults are not used on creating new IRRE child records.

Solution:
t3lib_TCEforms_inline::getNewRecord() passed only an empty string to an
internal function that calls t3lib_transferData. For new records the
$pid of the new record has to be forwareded.

Comments:
Thanks to Joscha Feth and Jeff Segars for pointing this out and testing.
Since this RFC is related to IRRE, I'm going to commit after one week if
nobody objects.
