 It's called anyway if available, I simply added the possibility to
 override noIconProc here in order to render 'hidden' or other visual
 layers onto my own icons
 (while serving the static ones for the default icons).

 TYPO3_CONF_VARS, hm, I don't know, what if I want to have different
 icons in an installation with e.g. two websites in it?
