[TYPO3-core] t3lib_BEfunc::getProcessedValue hook fixes

Other APIs have been changed, notably Michael changed the API (ok not 
the call but the beahviour) of a function in tslib_pibase.

To fix it will take the developer one minute.

If we don't want to fix the hook (by correcting the API) I want the hook 
to be removed.
