Hi Dmitry,

I thought this change was for TYPO3_4-0 that's why I wanted to have a look
at it asap. However it seems really hard to find an environment to
reproduce this, and since it is for Trunk only, I agree with Martin: Let's
trust that you have tested it, please commit that change.
