[TYPO3-core] RFC: #4059 - Feature options.hideRecords.pages doesn't work for mounted page

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
The option in User TSConfig "options.hideRecords.pages" (integrated for dam
media-folder) doesn't work when the page, which should be hidden, is
mounted direct by "DB Mounts".

Solution:
Hide the page if specified in options.hideRecords.pages.
