What I miss about this is a clearly defined legend. I am still not sure if, 
for example, reminders are sent as private or public message...

(I once had a link to such a page, but couldn't find it last time I searched 
for it... Probably you can help me here?)

Check out the user permission page to see how stupid it is. You can't sort all 
developers in a row, you'll have to browse the list of all registered users 
alphabetically and see where "developer" is appended at this line. That's 
really stupid I'd say...
