[TYPO3-core] CVS Problems // Status update

I have currently made an update from CVS using

cvs -d :ext:mysfnetaccount at typo3.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/typo3
checkout  -r TYPO3_4-0 TYPO3core/ 

Then I could not find the HEAD marker (image1). However nothing could be
found in CVS with Cervisia in.
Therefore I have deleted all my CVS folders.

find TYPO3core -name CVS -type d -exec rm -rf {} \;

Then I did an update with CVS and every file gets a conflict, but they
are the same.

What did I do wrong?
