[TYPO3-core] fixing the update problems of the admin panel

Problem:

Firefox doesn't like to update (refresh) a form, when it has an anchor. It simply does nothing, unless the form data has changed.

Solution:

Add a dummy field and perform a chage in the form onsubmit handler.
