[TYPO3-core] RFC: Fix bug #3065: wrap2.splitChar and wrap3.splitChar are ignored

This is a CVS patch request.

Problem:
wrap2.splitChar and wrap3.splitChar are ignored.
 Instead the splitChar is taken from wrap.splitChar if this is set.
