[TYPO3-core] Element browser changes

Attached you find bugfix, that seems to fix all issues at least with the
"plain" element-browser, I haven't checked on htmlarea yet. That
propably needs changes as well.

Also this whole thing (moving main part of SC-class into another
file/class) breaks backwards-compatibility with any old
extension-classes. Not bad in general but imho worth some
words/documentation somewhere.

Anyway I'd like to see some assistance or feedback on how to proceed.
