Huh, ok. It tries to preserve the modification time of the files coming from 
the zip file with.
 touch($p_entry['filename'], $p_entry['mtime']);

I'll just add another @ to that call. Oh, and you really should set the 
unzip_path in your configuration tool to make use of the binary, if you have 
one. :)
