Yes, it is yours. No doubt. Typo3 is Kasper's. But part of the code is
Kasper's, Robert's, Michael's, your's, ..... (add full list here).

You and only you own copyright to your code. Kasper holds copyright to
typo3 in general, not to your pieces of code. This important difference.

Nothing prevents you from specifying yourself as copyright holder but
you must mention Kasper if you mention typo3 in your code in any way -
means "always" :) It is equivalent to mentioning that "Linux is a
trademark of Linus Torvalds" in any official document.
