[TYPO3-core] RFC: More stylesheet fixes

Bernhard tested this on Safari and reported that it has no effect there.
Obviously the padding is ignored when it is applied to a <table> element.

... which is somehow logical, but on the other hand, I wonder why it still
works on all other browsers!

Anyway, attached is a patch which should also work with Safari. I quickly
checked that it still works with IE6, Firefox and Opera 8.50.

"stylesheet_morefixes_v3_post1.diff" is just the changes compared to my last
version, "stylesheet_morefixes_v4.diff" contains the full patch.
