I agree, but they are still missing in NEWS.txt.

This is what Thomas Esders is doing for us. But he needs a good basis
(=NEWS.txt) where he can get the notes from.

4.0 final is getting more and more closer, but I fear that I will not have
time to support Thomas regarding the feature document. Does anybody
volunteer to do that for me? Thanks!
