CVS client always checks if remote copy is newer than local and does not
allow commits in such case. However in synchronize view it is possible
to synchronize so that you actually keep your changes, not latest.
Better not to use synchronize view in Eclipse unless sure how it works.
I made same mistake a couple of times until figured how to use it properly.
