[TYPO3-core] IMPORTANT: Changes in CVS overwritten

Hi Kasper & Karsten,

while checking the CVS changes I noticed that some changes by Karsten were 
overwritten, I guess that happened during Kaspers last CVS commit.

Attached are two files:
- The full changeset (between my last check this morning, and the new one 5 
minutes ago)
- A patch that reverts these changes.

I guess that Kasper has added the new key 'pageCacheToExternalFiles', that's 
why I commented it out. The rest can be reverted easily.

Please confirm.
