[TYPO3-core] RFC: Stylesheet changes #1: Admin menu title

Hi Michael,

I wouldn't call this a "big" inconsistency, but I get your point. Works
flawlessly...
Anyways, what do you think, if I see such a color in the background in
the left menu I expect these items to be collapsable. That's why I liked
it like it was before, as it was clear it was an un-collapsable header.
What do you think about that?
