[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bugfix #2767: wrong wraps for sitemap/menu elements in accessibility mode

Hi Wolfgang,

thanks for your comment, I fixed this in the new attached version of the
patch . Besides that, I talked to Joey who notified me of another
problem with the "abstract". I have fixed this in that patch as well and
Joey told me everything works as expected now.

The attached patch was now committed to CVS.
