Hi guys,

this is a CVS patch request.

Type:
Bugfix / Accessibility Fix

Problem:

    * for accessibility reasons table markup should use id and headers
      additionally of scope.
    * Both techniques are theoretically ok, but practically scope
isn't supported by mayor screenreaders. So the table markup
should use an id for every TH and a headers="id" for
      coresponding data cells.

Solution:

    * add an ID for every table header cell
    * add a "headers="id" for the corresponding data cells

Issues

    * multiple tables on one page have to be supported, that's why the
UID of the current cObject is added to the ID.

I think it is important to be fixed for Final...

Thanks to Kai Laborenz who wrote the patch in the first place and made
the suggestion.

Greets, Sebastian
PS @Kai: can you check that it works as expected? It does here.
