Nothing in the core, it is TV-only problem. There is an old code in TV
that should be changed to work properly with workspaces and localization.

Again: these are not new features, these are fixes for existing (but not
working properly) functionality. It worked ok before but after many
recent changes in the core, TV is out of date now. It needs to be
changed to be compatible with existing core code. This work is going on.
It does not affect core.
