[TYPO3-core] TYPO3 Fatal Error: Extension key "table" was NOT loaded! (t3lib_extMgm::extPath)

Hello,

probably you still remember the error message from this email's subject.

I think this is really needed because it brings a lot of people into
trouble who download and install tt_products and forget to install
fh_library and Table Library before.

The backend will be totally unusable afterwards. A normal user would
have to call for support of his provider.

So please put this one into TYPO3 4.0 RC1.
