[TYPO3-core] Reminder: "type" field for flexforms

Commited to CVS. Updates to section 4.2 of doc_core_api is required. Add
the following to "<T3DataStructure> extensions for ?<TCEforms>?" section
in "type: "flex"":

Sometimes it may be necessary to reload flexform if content of the fild
in the flexform is changed. This is accomplished by adding
<onChange>reload</onChange> inside <TCEforms>. A typical example is a
field that defines operational modes for extention. When mode changes,
flexform may need to show a new set of fields. By combining <onChange>
tag for mode field with <displayCond> tag for other fields, it is
possible to create truly dynamic flexforms.

Notice that changing mode does not delete hidden fields values in the
flexform. Always use mode field to determine which parameters to use.
