[TYPO3-core] RFC: Fix some broken media relations

The "TYPO3_mainDir" constant should always be used in references to
the "typo3/" directory.
The only case where this cannot be obtained is in locally installed
extensions which has the "conf.php" file in which the BACK_PATH
variable is hardcoded - that would require all locally installed
extensions to be re-installed from TER/T3X files after a rename.
