[TYPO3-core] 0001822: There is no API to list tables in theWeb->Page module

Hello,

please look on this code now to get it in into RC1.

This is a new feature for the page module:

This works already fine since tt_products 2.3.11 and has been tested
successfully by some people.
This makes it possible that the page module can be used by every
extension and will be configurable in ext_localconf.php.
