[TYPO3-core] RFC: DBAL changes to what branches?

The dbal-diff against HEAD is attached. The code in TYPO3_4-0 will be the 
same, only the patch would be slightly different because the current code

In ADOdb a lot changed (diff ~176kB), because I upgraded to upstream version 
4.90. My custom additions to that are available as diffs in the extensions 
doc/ folder. I attached them FYI, too.

I will. There is a local ChangeLog for the extension, as it is also available 
in TER. I guess it's best to just put the stuff in there *and* in the global 
ChangeLog, no?

I saw your posts on -dev today, I'll have a look. Maybe all is solved now. :)
