[TYPO3-core] Fix bugtracker issue 3505: BE multi-language flexforms do not work

This is a CVS patch request.

Type: Bugfix

Description: For example, New Login Box BE form does not work in
multi-language setting, because the same div-id is assigned for each
flexform language. This patch will add language to the string used to
generate the DTM id.
