Michael was against solution with _LOCALIZED_UID, this is why I did 
second with query. I agree with Ingmar that it is extra query, can be 
performace-bad, etc. However we need to fix this in some way :( 
Otherwise we can only say that css_styled_content does not support links 
to localized elements.
