Hi.

As agreed with Michael Stucki I put the pending DBAL changes into CVS for HEAD 
and TYPO3_4-0. If you want to have your CVS checkout up-to-date before the 
Subversion switch happens, UPDATE AGAIN! Thanks for your cooperation. :)

PostgreSQL 7.4: OK
Oracle 10g XE:  OK
MySQL 5.0.22:   OK

I consider this a far better version than the one released with 4.0.0, 
although not perfect. It is version 0.9.9 now, so the 1.0.0 is really, really 
close now.

Others would probably sell this as 3.9.28 already. :)
