[TYPO3-core] RFC: Advanced BE search form

Last night I was working on this patch again. Reviewed all of its parts and
fixed some bugs. I know of one bug which is still open, will look at this
after beta3.

The patch will apply cleanly to the beta2 version now.

Please test the great feature and tell me what you think.
