[TYPO3-core] RFC: Advanced BE search form

This is a CVS patch request.

Important note:
I have once asked JoH (the author of the extension joh_advbesearch) if he 
could write a patch to move this feature into the core. Now he finally did so 
and I would be happy if we could use this in TYPO3 4.0.

However, I have no time to look at the code in detail. I had a quick look and 
tried if it works, but I did not check if everything is needed and working 
100% correct.

Therefore I would be happy if someone of you could do that for me and adapt 
this patch before it gets into CVS. Thanks!

Comments:
Patch needs a lot of re-formatting after it has been approved. Please ignore 
indenting etc.
