[TYPO3-core] Remove custom URL for RDCT link feature

Hi Michael,

On the Direct Mail side, the change is now committed in cvs: 
typo3xdev/tx_directmail, branch: HEAD.

Note that class t3lib_dmailer will not be used by the next version of 
Direct Mail.

Waiting for updated t3lib_div...
