[TYPO3-core] Fix duplicate HSC'ing of title in indexed_search plugin

Branch: TYPO3_4-0

Problem:
The function makeTitle() returns a htmlspecialchar'ed string, however after 
every call of makeTitle(), the result is HSC'd again

Solution:
Remove htmlspecialchars() call from makeTitle().
